Today was our second visit at Chill Baths and I can't say enough good things about Callie and her team. I have a very large anxious dog who was pretty much black listed from all groomers since he bit one out of fear. After a bunch of terrible home cuts I went on a search for a groomer that would consider helping us out. At this point my beautiful pup was a stinky mess! Callie agreed to give it a go and he came out looking a million times better. They were so sweet to him and gave him time to relax. He was also the only dog there which also helped so much. I’ve been taking my two Carin Terriers to Chill Baths for 18 months. I am so pleased with the care and pampering they receive. Gracie always walks in frightened but is calm when I pick her up. They look beautiful after and are in very good moods. I had a difficult time finding a good groomer after my previous groomer retired. So very happy I found Callie. My girls (and I)I love her.
Vert precise timing which makes drop off & pick up stress free.
I can’t say enough about how amazing Brianna is! We followed her from SF after trying multiple other groomers. The pups love her and they always look beautiful after! We brought our puppy for her first groom and it went great! Highly recommend!
