On and on , changing my mind repeatedly. He was vey informative, honest and available by text and/or phone. We ended up with the flooring we found online, ordered and delivered quickly. He treated us like a family member -one that you actually like! Good friendly customer service knowing he is reputable made the difference better than any local flooring company we have worked with over our several years here

What a great place! I had a simple need—finding a reasonably priced area rug—and the experience couldn't have been better. Within minutes of connecting with Kyle, I was at the shop, where he helped me find the perfect rug and cut it to the exact size I needed. Excellent customer service, quality products, fair prices. Brandon Carpets has installed carpeting in two residences for me. The most recent was carpeting for a bedroom. The workers arrived in the a.m., worked for one hour, and left me with a lovely new carpet. The installers were polite and efficient. As for pricing, Brandon Carpets' quote was half of Empire Carpets. I highly recommend this business.
