Thank you, Penny, for offering such insight, and really, a new perspective. Every time we met, and they were all such fun, I experienced "aha" moments. Fiona thanks you, Frasier thanks you, Lillian could care less, and, of course, I thank you. You haven't seen the last of us.
After a video session in which Penny gathered information about my pup's history and behaviors, Penny met up with me and my dog for a second session at a public park. She was a great coach and teacher. She helped me read my dog's body language, cues and behaviors as we walked through a park where there were kids, ducks, loud trucks, teenagers, and other dogs. Penny gave me insight and taught me tools that I will definitely be using every day moving forward. I could tell my dog was totally comfortable with Penny, and so was I! I would highly recommend working with her.
Penny is a remarkable trainer! She uses effective and positive methods of behavior training to shape dogs into confident dogs that make good choices. Her work with our 9 month old rescue dog was transformative! She has helped my dog blossom into a confident, less anxious and better directed dog.
