I had to call during rush hour. Brian showed up on time and was able to assist me with my Tesla. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and provided a professional service beyond my expectations.
My car needed to be at the dealership by 930 yesterday morning. Called Madison and beers towing at 8 AM, and they came to my house, loaded up my car, and got us to the dealership at exactly 9:30. Courteous, friendly, and humble. He tried to refuse the tip I offered him, but he could see I meant it, so rather than argue he excepted it. Thank you so much!
I recently had my keys stolen and needed to have my car towed to the hotel I was staying at. I called my insurance company and since I don't have towing on my policy, they offered to organize a tow but I'd have to pay. I agreed but after 20 minutes found the cost for the towing they were organizing was out of line. We then started calling local towing companies. When I got Brian on the phone at Matteson and Beers, he was amazing. He recommended other less costly options but they would have required leaving my car where it was over night and I didn't want to do that knowing someone had my keys. So, he got the address where my car was parked and was there in 15 minutes. He was amazing in getting my car onto the flatbed (required as the break was on). He then took us and the car to the hotel and offloaded it into a slot in the parking lot. He was so attentive to us, our car, and when another car was driving through the parking lot and needed to get by, he quickly jumped into his truck to move it so they could pass, then put the truck back into position to finish the job.Brian is such a gentleman and a wonderful person. He turned a bad situation into a very nice experience.
