After going thru an unsuccessful bid for a land initially, I came back to Eddie and successfully found another 11 acre land in the same gated community (in Carmel Valley/Monterey area). Eddie is professional (has incredible follow-thru), very detailed oriented, and is incredibly patient. Because of these qualities and because he is a good listener, I received quality inspection/due diligence reports from him. I also want to point out that he has integrity. For example, he would call me PRIOR to doing any additional assessment, esp if it is costly (he would even question if needed at the time). I would highly recommend contacting Eddie (the great thing is that he has Al to leverage as well!) for any real estate due diligence needs.
