Eddie is professional (has incredible follow-thru), very detailed oriented, and is incredibly patient. Because of these qualities and because he is a good listener, I received quality inspection/due diligence reports from him. I also want to point out that he has integrity. For example, he would call me PRIOR to doing any additional assessment, esp if it is costly (he would even question if needed at the time). I would highly recommend contacting Eddie (the great thing is that he has Al to leverage as well!) for any real estate due diligence needs. He can help you determine if you can legitimately build a house on a parcel of land. In short, he is just an incredible individual.“
