Terrible service department. Made an appointment 3 weeks out (that was first available) only to arrive at 8:30 for the appt time and be told that there were roughly 15 vehicles ahead of me and it wouldn't be until early afternoon before they'd be able to look at it. What's the point of an appt? If I would have been told that at the time of making the appt, I wouldn't have selected the date as I already had appt's scheduled for the afternoon. There is no transparency and they lack efficiency in servicing vehicles.

Go to Morgan Hill!! Stay away from this place!! These people do not care about their customers. My mustang is still under warranty. Took it in a week ago to check a squeaking noise it was making and to check the passenger side mirror because the motor was not working properly. They kept the mustang the whole day. When we finally went to pick up the mustang, Joe told us the mirror is cracked and is not under warranty anymore. That mirror was NOT cracked when we took it in. Our concern was that the mirror was not rotating. They broke my mirror and they don't have the balls to admit it! If it was an accident, man up and admit it.
