Excellent service! We had a power outage during a water heater flush but Cody was able to complete the job without a problem. Explained everything he did and showed me how it all works. Definitely a repeat customer.
Jason was very friendly and professional. Helped us diagnose the situation and addressed the root cause promptly and professionally.
Entire process was smooth with good communication throughout. Definitely recommend!
We have used Chris Wilson 2 times and both times we have been impressed by (and thankful for) their professionalism, quality of work, and service. The first time we used them was to install new toilets, new bathroom faucets, new shower heads in a house my wife and I had just bought. The next time was for emergency service a couple of weeks after moving in: at 1am both toilets started to overflow and waste water started coming back into the master shower.
