This review is not about a service I received from this company, but about the character and integrity I witnessed from three of their employees.
While commuting in their company vehicles, these gentlemen came upon a medical emergency on the highway in heavy traffic. Without hesitation, they safely pulled over, got out of their vehicles, and ran to assist a fellow commuter in need. All three remained on site until medical and emergency personnel arrived and took over.
As a third party who simply witnessed the incident, I felt compelled to recognize their compassion, courtesy, and willingness to help a stranger when it mattered most.

Mario from A&R Plumbing recently replaced my cracked bathroom vanity, and I couldn't be happier with the results! His workmanship was incredibly precise, and everything fit perfectly.
I was expecting to have to do a little touch-up painting afterward, but the installation was so clean that none was needed.
Mario was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. The office staff was also outstanding—communication was excellent from start to finish, and scheduling was easy.

On our second visit for a new job we had a good experience with Steven. He went above and beyond and was very pleasant to deal with. Helped fix a faucet and cut an outside line that needed to be prepared for a roofing contractor.

The most reasonably priced contractor I’ve ever had in Monterey by far. We had a new R/O system installed and new toilet installed and two outdoor spigots fixed. Parts charges were honest. I really appreciate Mario’s knowledge and quickness. He arrived on time as well. Very impressive! The owner is also nice to deal with over the phone and gave me an accurate quote with minimal fuss.
