I never leave reviews but unfortunately when you have a provider not take responsibility then this happens. Longest story short, the doctor knew I had a crack in my far back molar, and instead of fixing it, he waited for something to happen and to "call him if it gets worse." You never just wait and watch a large crack on a tooth. Sure enough, abscess on the tooth, tooth had to be pulled, implant placed. Thousands of dollars, stress, and pain for something that could have easily been prevented . It is common sense to know that if you see a crack on an x-ray, you do not just sit and wait.

Would not do a regular cleaning. They wanted to do deep cleaning which wasn't covered by my insurance. In her words, "It's like putting wax on top of dirt." I don't understand that reference, since I've never had a cleaning where wax was used instead of scraping, flossing, & fluoride treatment.

Dr Vu is excellent. Very detailed, and lets you know exactly the cost and plan. He is extremely gentle and is not in a rush. Very similar to my sister who has been in practice for over 20 years. Highly recommended. He is taking of my wife and I and soon we are leaving Lollipop dentistry who demanded that they give my daughter nitrous ($400 not covered by insurance) to pull out a loose tooth.

My family and I have been coming here for our dental work since 2015. That says a lot since I've had really bad experiences with dentists before. Dr. Vu and his staff are awesome! He does care and takes time to explain to you if you have any questions. He keeps an eye on your teeth. My husband had a what looks like it would become a cavity and the doctor told him that we would keep an eye on it until the next checkup. Unfortunately for my husband, it became a small cavity and it was fixed. We have our 6-year-old come here as well and he is so patient. We have recommended Dr. Vu to friends and family. We now drive over an hour just to go see him.

i am certified fraud specialist and in my opinion this provider is engaged in fraud via bait and switch tacics. BEWARE!!!!! All of the followimg is based upon my experieces and dealings with Dr. Nguyen. From everything i have seen and experienced Dr. Nguyen is extremely unethical and tries to obtain patients through lies, trickery and deceit by intentionally lying to customers looking for a new local dentist. For Dr. Nguyen, he believes he does not need to honor contracts that he has legally agreed to. Dr. Nguyen thinks he is above the law and just says "sorry" after he has delayed needed treatment for over a year so he can weasel his way out of things he is legally obligated to do. Currently one of the largest insurance companies is looking into Dr. Nguyen for claims of breach of contract, failure and unwillingness to provide contracted services and intentionally lying to customers in order to obtain more business.It appears that some of Dr. Nguyen's reviews could be fictious, as a further way to obtain quick high margin business at the cost of telling patients "sorry" when he refuses to do low margin work needed later on.Dr. Nguyen should be ashamed of himself, however he is not as he feels no obligation to honor his word even when it is in a written contract.
