I came to Roossmoor Dental group because I was looking for a second opinion and a dentist that would work with me. I knew I needed to get an extensive amount of work done (3 root canals and periodontal cleaning). A dentist I went to previously made me feel horrible which is why I came to this Dentist office. I let them know what had happened, and Dr Jordan Belden has been nothing but kind, supportive and empathetic in my journey. On my first visit I had to bring my toddler because our sitter fell through, and he (and the whole staff) was so kind and patient. Dr. Belden was wonderful. He went o over all the areas of my teeth that he was concerned with. He He had Alexia give me a quote of all the costs. Alexia help me when I first came in with signing in on my cell. I’m 75 years old and the new technology is not friendly to me. She made it very very easy and I really thank her for taking the time and so sweet about it.!!! Dr. Belden was able to do my fillings and my cleaning all of the spot when I consented to the amount. I thank him very much for being respectful of my time as well I work, and this helped me immensely!! I'm a regular patient at RDG and have had enough experience with Dr. Jannotta and I can say with confidence she knows how to give Novacaine shots better than any doc I've ever been to. One shot and I'm feeling great. My experience has usually been 2 to 3 shots to get it done. But, she's excellent!
