I have been a client here for several months and have the monthly membership. The office is clean, open, and comfortable. I always make an appointment so I have never had a long wait. They have a large selection of IV therapies and injections. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons. This location is a franchise which they did not disclose when I signed up for membership, which means for my monthly free treatment I have to visit this location. This is inconvenient but not necessarily a deal breaker. Highly recommend! I have been sick, unable to move for 4 straight days. Searched today and came across Hydration Room and I wish I went in sooner. I got the cold & flu IV bag and it changed my life. The nurse said I wouldn't feel better for 24 hours or so, but I started feeling better right away. I wish I had done it sooner. Staff is so nice!
It was my first time getting IV therapy, and my experience was great. I wasn't sure which therapy I needed, but after speaking with Neary, I chose the Hydration Refresh - because I am chronically dehydrated and suffer from joint pain/stiffness. The room is light and airy and I felt calm/peaceful. Halfway through the therapy, I started feeling very refreshed and energized. It's hard to explain, but I was thrilled! Neary and Shasta were both great. I plan to come back and try other types of therapy!
