Compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly individuals work here. I am so happy to have found this place. I live in Santa Cruz and I will travel the extra few miles to bring my pet here.

Great experience. Five Stars !!!!!The staff is incredibly nice, compassionate, professional and informative. They made room in their busy schedule for my older cat (we were turned away from six other veterinary offices in Santa Cruz that morning) that most likely would not have made it through the night and thanks to them he is doing so much better.They are the only veterinary office I have been to that gives the exact cost before any procedure is done and the owner gets to decide what they can afford and choose to have done. My pup was having a serious eye problem, and MT Hermon vet saw the issue, and went out of there way to find an answer. Dr Finn pushed us through to get xrays, and even came in to work because of the rain stranding another doctor..
