I met Alex more than 20 years ago and have used his teams to create websites, marketing materials and computer systems support. I recently had a tech issue in which my in-house support team was completely stumped. I called Alex and he had one of his best tech support team members spend an hour with me... Fixed! Gustav listened to my issues, made concise recommendations and was courteous surrounding my lack of tech sophistication.
