When I first walked in, I was greeted by Nadia. The spa was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. They had fresh flowers and paintings from local artists which gave the waiting area a nice touch.Nadia made sure to prioritize my comfort- offering water, restroom, and establishing clear communication. The room was prepped on time and made to be a sanctuary for the next hour.I got a facial and it was absolutely amazing. The products, head massage, and shoulder massages were so relaxing I started drooling off to sleep!10/10 recommend booking any service with Nadia!
Ive been seeing Karla at Ency for several months now. I see her once a month. I just love her - she is so good at what she does. She is making my dry, wrinkly, post menopausal skin young and glowy again. She has a natural approach to skincare that I love. She's fab.
