First time checking this place out and wow! The facilities were amazing - the pool was actually colder than the weather outside! Staff were helpful and friendly! Tracey, gave me a facial today and she went above and beyond. She talked me through each step of routine and honestly made me very comfortable. She gave me tips on what to use and what not to use on my skin. I can’t wait to visit again soon!

Cavallo Spa, part of the stunning Cavallo Lodge, offers a serene retreat surrounded by nature and very nice views. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere invites complete relaxation and disconnection from the outside world.
We especially enjoyed the warm outdoor pool and the sauna—both impeccably maintained and perfectly integrated into the tranquil setting. The highlight of the experience, however, was the massage by Julie. Her work was exceptional: deeply relaxing, highly professional, and characterized by continuous, flowing deep movements that released tension and restored balance.

First time here & got the Cavallo Point Signature Massage (60m). Honestly the best massage I've gotten, and I get regular 30m massages (though for free, so I'm not sure how reasonable the prices are).
The Signature Massage is a Thai stretching-inspired style, but does entail some deep pressure. It's incredibly relaxing, with a perfectly heated room and a great variation of scented oils. Skyler(sp?) did an amazing job!
The tea bar is also lovely if a bit overpriced. There's complimentary peppermint tea, apples, water, a heated meditation pool and single-sex sauna + Jacuzzi. The meditation pool can be underheated in the winter but if you find a heating jet...read full review
