After a year with The Pool Guys servicing our salt water pool, I continue to be blown away with their service and professionalism. We suffered through a few pool folks and had green pools and lots of service times being replaced, etc. and even did a full pool emptying, scrubbing and refilling. After enduring yet another week off green water, I went to The Pool Guys with a sample of my water (which was yet again green). They did a number of tests and offered to come out which they did. Within a week the pool was crystal clear. And after a year it continues to be that way. As a realtor in the greater Bay Area since 1983, I highly recommend the Pool Guys. They are very professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable when it comes to pools and spas. I have always received excellent service from them. I also highly recommend one particular maintenance person there by the name of Lucio. He is the best just like the pool guys.
David at the store kindly helped me to fix my Polaris 360 without much wait and service fee during my walk-in. I plan to get my pool supplies from them instead of Leslie in the future given better and quicker service.
