They provide thorough assessments of students' driving skills and offer personalized instruction to help them master the necessary maneuvers and techniques. The school's Admissions and Career Services team, including Loki, are highly helpful in guiding students through the enrollment process and answering any questions. Students have reported feeling well-prepared to pass the DMV's docking skills and road tests after completing the course, and many have successfully obtained their CDL and are now applying for work in the trucking industry. After reading and researching truck driving schools I decided to go with Western Truck Driving. Loki with Admissions and Career Services was very helpful getting me signed up for the course and answered all my questions leading up to starting the program. They have new instructors, Dakarai, George, and Jim, who have worked in the industry for 20-30+ years each. They assessed how well I drove behind the wheel at the beginning and instructed me as needed. They gave me pointers/suggestions to help master my skills. With other class groups learning at the same time as me they were able to schedule the students time get adequate driving time behind the wheel. By the time I completed the course I was very competent maneuvering a truck and trailer through the docking skills and road tests that's required to pass the DMV Class A examination. I now have my CDL license and now applying for work! I'm glad to have my license now with the huge demand for truckers. Thank you Western Truck School for preparing me for the trucking industry!
