We called RestorationRX due to a water leak from our neighbor’s upstairs unit, and they were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. Their customer service is outstanding — they took the time to explain everything clearly and went over all of our options so we knew exactly what to expect.
They answered my phone calls throughout the weekend and even during the holidays, which meant so much during an already stressful situation. Their response time was extremely quick, and the remediation work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Their work was excellent, and everything was priced very fairly.
