“I came in looking old and haggard. After two kids and a stressful Job, I needed some serious lift to my sagging face. I was a bit apprehensive because I had never had anything done to my face other than Botox, but I also knew that just Botox wasn't going to cut it anymore. So I put my trust in Cathy to "fix" my grandma jowls and wrinkles. She nailed it. A lot of fillers and many units of Botox later, I'm a new woman. 10/10, Highly recommend.“

“This was my first time coming to Holden, but right from the start it was a pleasant experience. The woman who booked my appointment was sweet and got me in as soon as possible. Lauren did my lip filler and I’m so happy with the results. I wasn’t sure the direction I wanted to go, but she was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel totally comfortable. She explained what the best option would be and walked me through everything. I experienced very little discomfort and Lauren gave me different techniques to help with the pain (even though there was very little) I’m VERY happy with the results and will definitely be back to see Lauren. “If you are active and need a massage therapist, look no further. Paige is not only a great massage therapist but an excellent athlete. So, she understands firsthand your needs. I injured my shoulder paddling. I was beginning to get worried because after a few weeks of rest and then physical therapy, I wasn't getting better. After seeing Paige once my shoulder immediately began to feel better. Not only that, she took the time to show me what she thought was the problem and give me some stretches. “I started the program 12/01/22, as of today (02/15/23), I have lost 30 lbs already and still losing... My pants size went down from size 12 to size 5/6! My face is definitely slimmer compared before where it is more rounder. I do not have to brag or tell people what I do to lose weight, but my friends have definitely notice how much I changed physically and even at work. People have started asking me what do I do and I have always referred them to Nirvana!
