My dog Chanel had an emergency and their whole team was wonderful in explaining what the cause was (anal rupture) how they would take action to correct the issue, and the follow-up appointments. They really care about your pets! They took their time explaining the medicine, doses, everything.
They even went above and beyond. I thought there might have been an issue with Chanel's stitches and emailed them a photo - they quickly responded letting me know what I was seeing was normal.
I recommend them to anyone in Santee or nearby for great care!
Dr. Deep and his staff are the best! I have good health insurance but my cat gets better medical care than I do. My Dr has never squeezed me in for an appointment when I'm really sick or called just to see how I'm doing afterwards.
As a new client I felt they the front desk didn’t have their act together. They have you fill out all this paperwork on line then when you come in they ask you to do it again. Makes no sense. The front desk people had the personality of paste . Not quite rude but for sure not engaged.
The vet that saw my dog was afraid of him. Even thought in the notes to them I told them my dog needed to be muzzled because he was a big scaredy-cat. When he was muzzled he moaned so much she couldn’t hear his heart and made no adjustments to do so.
