My husband and I live in a rental, so while we didn’t choose this vendor ourselves, I WOULD choose them in the future!
They sent out a repair person in less than 24 hours after receiving the work order, gave a very reasonable window of arrival time, and made sure to call me when the repair person was on the way.
The repair person, Junior, was polite and proficient. It’s always a little nerve wracking being home alone as a female when repair people have to be in the home, but Junior’s demeanor made me feel at ease. He fixed the issue and I’m so grateful!

Talk about honesty..... I received two estimates requiring I have HVAC units installed for approximately $8,500 and $7,200 respectively. I was prepared to purchase a new unit. I contacted HVAC Medic and then Alex one of the owners of HVAC Medic arrived and cited that I only needed a new thermostat for $280. In my 25 years working as a home improvement salesman and contractor, I never experienced the level of honesty exhibited by Jerry and Alex Vanderhyde. When my A/C and heat units finally do go out, you can bet they'll be my only call. Wow! Just Wow!

I can't speak highly enough about this company. HVAC Medic has done work for me at multiple homes over the years with both stellar workmanship and top-notch customer service.They are great at both troubleshooting specific items of concern and doing general maintenance. They have replaced vent covers for me that were rusted, fixed twisted tubing in the attic that resulted in poor air flow in a room, re-charged my ac system, unclogged HVAC drains, and performed yearly general maintenance (which everyone should do) all with the utmost of workmanship. Jerry, Alex and all their other techs are top tier.
