Jonathan was *awesome*! I sent him a computer that I built myself but was having issues getting it to boot. He broke it all down and figured out the problems...yes there turned out to be a few, and he got it up and running very quickly once I had replaced the parts that I had broken during my installation (bent motherboard pins and damaged CPU).He was very patient with me and was in constant communication about how things were going. Johnathan is a great guy! Had our computer for two days. Ran all kinds of tests on it and updated everything. Super reasonable price and it runs great now. We will be going to Flex IT for all of our computer needs.
