I needed a fire extinguisher tagged for an event. Candy was very helpful and friendly on the phone, first call. For my request, I was given the cell phone number of the field rep. Coffee answered my call, even though he was at a job site. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and arrived on time. The price was better than I paid a different company 4 years ago! I definitely recommend this family business and will call them again next year.

Pepper and his son are great! I am the HOA president for a small condo complex and called Coltrane to do an inspection of our sprinklers (it had been 7 years since the last one!). Pepper gave us a great price, provided licensing information, and when a problem was discovered, he saved the HOA thousands of dollars by using an old "trick" to loosen a valve from the water main (so we didn't have to tear up the yard and replace the whole thing). Thanks Pepper and Silas!!! The whole HOA is very happy with the outcome.
