Solid crew !! Fantastic work !! We did two separate roof projects at the same time. There was a simple mix up with billing that we didn't catch (and probably wouldn't have caught). Vince notified us that we had made an over payment and immediately sent us a check. Integrity goes a LONG way. Thanks Vince !! Will definitely be recommending AVL to anyone needing roof work. Additionally, one of the two roofs required replacement of all fascia boards. AVL did a fantastic job on that as well.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Vince and his team. We have a complicated roof on a 1920s craftsman home. They did an exceptional job, provided great communication, and cleaned up every day. Vince also maintained his bid even when the job proved to require longer hours than expected. I would not hesitate to hire them for your next roofing job and appreciate their fine work.
I went out for three bids from three long term, reputable roofing companies. AVL Roofing were in the same ballpark as the other bids but not the cheapest. What tipped the balance for me was that Vince told me more about my roof than any of the other estimators (eg there were two layers of previous roofing that needed removal, not just the one that everyone quotes) and gave me a verbal ballpark estimate for the wood that would need to be replaced. He also seemed reliable and straight forward.
