“I was traveling through the area and decided to drop in for a No Gi class and would sign up if I lived in the area! It ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and the atmosphere was great. The instructors took the time to introduce themselves!

The instruction was excellent—clear, detailed, and focused on techniques during live rolling. You can tell the coach really care about helping people improve, whether you’re brand new or have years on the mats.

What really stood out was the feeling of “we’re all in this together” and you can tell the gym embraces that.

The facility was clean, the mats were great, and the overall vibe felt like a perfect mix of serious training and good community. It’s the type of gym where you can tell people genuinely enjoy being there and helping each other improve.

If you’re traveling through and want a place where you’ll get great rounds and learn something new, I highly recommend dropping in. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.
