The training was legit with hard rolls and great partners, but the room had no egos at all. What really stood out was the teaching style. The atmosphere was playful and collaborative, with games and drills that helped reinforce concepts and fundamentals in a way that really stuck.
Great people, great instruction, and a great training environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to train while in the area.“
