Good service. Really good transfer quality. Price was decent. Service wasn't the best. I was told it would be ready in a week & I sent my girlfriend in to pick it up & the gentleman asked did we receive a call? Very matter of fact tone.??. We enjoyed watching my memories, can't let that stop me from enjoying my day. Thank you Videobrite

Parking in the area is a bit confusing, but the first guy who helped me there was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and flexible. Price is a little more than what Costco used to do this service for, but I wanted it done without stressing over shipping my old family tapes. The second time I came back was to pick up the tapes (took about a week to do 7 of my family home videos). He too was very friendly. It's a quick transaction and I'm looking over the videos they put onto my hard drive and they seem to work wonderfully. My wife wanted all of our old home movies transferred to DVD and I was apprehensive about sending them out to one of the online services so I tried Videobrite. The cost was very reasonable, the service was efficient and friendly, and the end result was high quality. Highly recommend.
