Trim and Proper Grooming Parlor provides an excellent and thorough grooming service where dogs always look fresh and adorable. The atmosphere is wonderful, with thoughtful, caring, and super friendly staff who handle nervous pets really well. The groomers are respectful and provide great communication, using texts and phone calls. They listen carefully to a pet's specific needs, explaining their process and products in detail. The business is known for its reasonable price and for going out of its way to accommodate clients, even opening on normally closed days during busy seasons. The shop itself is super adorable. Many customers have used the service for years, stating it is the best grooming their pet has had, and they highly recommend getting on the wait list for this awesome salon.
I’ve been taking my dog Luke here for 6 years. I’ve been treated with nothing but respect. Yesterday two groomers called out sick so naturally we had to reschedule. This happens at ALL businesses that have clientele and or patients. Understandable. So of course I was happy to reschedule. To my surprise Jenelle kindly opened her business on her off day Sunday to accommodate the animals needing their grooms during the busy holiday season. What a wonderful person that went out of their way to open their business up on a day they are not normally open. Thank you.
My dog always looks so fresh and adorable after her grooming session. I love how quick (but still thorough) the groom is, so that she doesn't have to be there all day. Staff is super friendly and I highly recommend this grooming parlor.
We have taken our Aussie here since the start of 2022 and they always do an excellent job at a reasonable price. Our Aussie gets nervous around new people but they seem to handle her really well and they always tell us that she does a great job during the grooming. Would definitely recommend.
