I don't understand Ted's review I am baffled. I was referred to Richard by 3 people who have been using Richard Tax Services for over 2 decades. I have been with him for over 13 years and myself have referred colleagues who still use him and others. He is honest, on top of the current changes and never once has he ever been rude or out of line. This is not even in his demeanor. Maybe Ted you were doing things you were not suppose to?

I have been using Mr. Strobino for over 2 decades. He is just the opposite of the other review. He knows his job and asks the right questions. To say he is mild mannered would be an understatement. His fees have always been more than reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
