I have always loved this place and have been going here for more than 5 years. The original ladies Nancy and Tung are always wonderful! But today Nancy wasn’t here so there was another lady, Miki, who did my hair. I was open to trying someone new because hair always grows back.
I have lots of layers and long hair with some dead ends, so all I asked was a trim of 1 inch and lots of layers. I came out having 4 inches of my hair cut off! It’s still really cute but that isn’t what asked for. I usually only pay about $40 but it ended up being $55! I will continue to come back in hope of avoiding Miki and only getting serviced by Nancy and Tung. But... read full review

As a former creative director and stylist in salons in San Francisco and Manhattan I find that the work that Tung and Nancy do in their lovely shop is exceptional. After moving to Santa Rosa it’s my go to salon for expert hair cuts for men and the women’s cuts and color are really top notch. Their work is exceptional.

I recently visited Shear Vision for the first time and had a fantastic experience. I appreciate the reasonable prices and the focus on quality service!
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by my stylisy, Tang. which made me feel welcome right away. Overall, she was extremely efficient and managed to complete my cut, color, and highlights in just two hours.
What impressed me the most was how many clients she managed to attend to while still providing me with excellent service. Despite her multitasking—cutting three men’s hair while my color set and cleaning up in between—she never made me feel neglected.
