Great customer service from the team. Today I was helped by Vanessa and she was top tier customer service, she was so kind and gracious when doing a color match for me. Vanessa’s service and kindness will be the reason I go back for all of my beauty needs.

I'm super excited that Santa Rosa now has it's own stand-alone Sephora because that means I no longer have to find parking in the dark and spooky Plaza parking garage! This Sephora has it all, amazing, almost magical products, excellent service, and the store itself is beautiful. Montgomery Village has undergone a remarkable transformation, and I am impressed with all of the new shopping options.
