They illegally charge a fee to use your credit card. This is illegal in the Sate of California per California Civil Code section 1748.1; that prohibits retailers from adding a surcharge when a consumer chooses to use a credit card instead of paying by cash.Just know that they are illegally charging consumers an additional fee that they have no legal right to do.Not only does this violate State laws but it also violates their merchant agreements with Visa and Mastercard.

Worst place I have ever done business with, ever. Multiple missed delivery dates and times. I had to go to their location at least half a dozen times. They stopped answering my calls. The product was finally delivered about 10 weeks late. This used to be a reputable company. Something changed. And the lady behind the front desk is the definition of useless. Not sure if she is incompetent or if her lack of action is directed from management. I was lied to multiple times. I will never do business with them again.

If I could rate it lower, I would. I ordered a very simple concrete tank in early October, 2019. The tank was technically a custom build, so it had to be paid for in advance. I was promised a one-week delivery time. Today is November 13th, 2019. Today was the 5th, yes you read the right, the 5th time that a delivery was promised and not delivered. The person who answers the phone sounds very nice and professional. She says, "I will call you right back." And, "I was just about to call you." And, "the truck is loaded and on its way!" All of these are lies. Once she recognizes your phone number, she just doesn't answer the phone at all. I had to personally go to the office...read full review
