We are a group of parents creating a community in Cloverdale where our disabled children are to live out their lives in community with each other. We have several houses on our site to remodel. Rick Bolduc was referred to us by our General Contractor. We had a situation where we were bouncing between two different homes based on when the present tenants were to vacate. This caused us to have Rick start, and stop the design/drawing process, for each of the houses several times. We found Rick flexible and amiable during the entire process. Rick has intimate knowledge of several aspects of construction, he is a former framing carpenter, and was a principal in a cabinet shop. He knows how buildings go together. As an aside, we have monthly "Ranch parties" (pre-COVID) where the families come together to visit and get to know each other. Rick who is quite the musician, offered to come and perform for us. He has taken time out of his schedule to visit with us at our Ranch parties, which to me, is going above and beyond. Rick is top shelf. He provides timely designs, great service and good value.
