Rental Rehab Inc. managed, by husband and wife team. Theresa and Brian were recommended to me at the TeeVax Appliance store by Phillip. They personally visited my home twice before we began the process. We had them remove all of the popcorn ceilings on the first floor of our home, approximately 1000 ft.² which also included the repair and replacement of the drywall in our entry way . Along with that they textured and painted the ceilings, hung new light fixtures inside and out. Painted entry doors and even did a roof patch. Not only is the work quality and fairly priced., they also worked with a sense of urgency to complete a large list of projects in a timely manner. They communicated every step of the process and the team worked cleanly and neatly. Theresa And Brian have even returned afterwards to check the work to make sure everything was in good order. I can highly recommend them for any home project you have in mind. They are local, responsive and competitively priced.

I was referred to Rental Rehab by Denise at TeeVax. She said Teresa is a very delightful person to talk with. I agree. Casey did an excellent job of installing a Kohler faucet/sink set I bought at Costco. Not anyone could have done that because the tile needed to be widened about 1&1/2 inches. He did an excellent job patiently cutting away the tile and installed the sink on 1/20/23 in about 2 hours. He also replaced a garage door between the garage and interior of the house with a fire resistant door and fire resistant frame (withstands a fire for 20 minutes). He tried to save us money by buying a fire resistant door only without the fire resistant frame but that would not have been up to code. He replaced a washer on a leaky faucet and replaced a torn off cover on an electrical outlet outside the house. The price was fair and he arrived early and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use this company again if needed. Peter J.
