We love Alicia but she has not shown up for our last appointment or the appointments of 2 friends. She is not answering calls. We are worried. Does anyone know what has happened to her? Please respond if so. Thanks!

received a worrisome text from Alecia this morning saying she had to leave the state because of her ex. Doesn't sound like her. Very concerned. Hoping she's safe. Did anyone else hear from her?

We love Alecia! She has been grooming our Golden Retrievers for seven years. She has never missed an appointment until March 22, 2023. We texted and left her a message and still have not heard back. We are really worried something is wrong because she would NEVER not respond to our texts. I'm giving her five stars because of the wonderful job she's done for us and hopefully will continue to do. To her regular, long-time customers, I found it confusing you would be so quick to jump online to leave Alecia a negative review but never took the time to post a positive review when she did a good job.
