Planned Parenthood - Santa Rosa Health Center

I've lived in multiple states and gone to many Planned Parenthoods for various things. This was my best experience ever! My practitioner, Kathryn Tiano, was so respectful. I've had a number of bad experiences at PP, and I've such become very specific of what I do and don't want done. I'm used to having practitioners argue with me, try to convince me to undergo various procedures, or question me relentlessly about why I want things a certain way. My first time visiting plant parenthood I had the best experience. I went in for a visit and got helped by Selena. She was super gentle at drawing my blood. She also made me feel super comfortable during my whole visit. My appointment was super confidential and she made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit. I recommended visiting planned parenthood Santa Rosa.

Probably the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Every single person I interacted with was kind, warm, helpful, and clear. Information about privacy, cost, services, etc was made completely available with time to read it and ask questions. My complicated situation with income and housing was treated with enormous care and respect. Gender-affirming care — across the board — was stellar and treated as a given, not an exception. Wait time was short. I feel so beyond grateful to the folks at this clinic!
