Party, Tents and Event Rentals provides a great selection of items for events, including tables, chairs, linens, dishes, glassware, silverware, and serving spoons. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, friendly, responsive, and positive, with very satisfied communication. They offer efficient delivery and smooth pickup and return processes, loading items safely. Service is fast, even for changes or adding items on short notice. They are reasonably priced and fantastic. Excellent customer service is noted, with staff going above and beyond to resolve issues quickly. However, their return system has flaws, as customers have been charged for unused items with no way to prove otherwise. Advice is to record a video as proof when returning.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Party Tents & Events (PTE) in Santa Rosa—especially Yuri and her amazing team. They completely turned my DIY backyard wedding into something that looked and felt like a high-end professional venue, far exceeding my expectations. From the moment I reached out, Yuri was an absolute dream to work with. She was not only incredibly responsive but also proactive in suggesting solutions and helping me navigate the complexities of pulling off a beautiful outdoor event. We were giving a baby shower and needed tables, chairs, linens, dishes, glassware, silverware, serving spoons, etc. they had it all. So easy to work with over the phone. When we arrived to pick up everything, they loaded it safely in my truck, so helpful and positive. Same when I brought it back. They were reasonably priced, and everything was fantastic! We had a slight snag during my last event (I've used this company many times before...). Most likely MY fault, no dinner plates were delivered. I made ONE phone call and even though it was a Saturday and the store was officially closed, the owner himself drove the case of dinner plates to my house and the table was set within 20 minutes of that ONE phone call. A plus plus for excellent customer service. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful and the prices cant be beat. Thank you PT&E for another job well done!
