i must commend eric portlock....the man is a rock star...i went to the counter looking for an obscure part for our faucet ...eric to the rescue...he got on it and spent a enormous amount of time and effort to help get it solved and succeeded....he is to be commended...also, the vibe there at the counter is awesome....they all seem to enjoy their jobs....hats off to all and thanks again to eric....pace is the place... read full review

I had a great experience. Came in to pick up a tankless water heater and they had it in stock. One of the parts I needed wasn't available but they ordered it for me and it was ready at 6 AM the very next day. They were very helpful and professional!
