We found Olvera through Californias Brace and Bolt program for earthquake retrofitting. We got about 4 quotes and Olveras came back as the most reasonable. The crew who did the work were super friendly and good spirited--which was impressive considering they were crawling around our small crawl space all day. Super happy with the end result, and definitely recommend Olvera for anyone looking to do foundation retrofitting!

I am pleased with the results of my experience with Olvera Construction, Santa Rosa, Ca and the owner, Jeff Olvera. When I called to inquire about an estimate to Brace and Bolt my house and make it safer in the event of an earthquake, and therefore lower the price of my earth quake insurance, he responded promptly, he arrived on time, made the inspection of my house, took photographs and within a day or two he sent me an estimate for the work. Throughout the job he was patient, explaining to me what was being done and why. He was courteous and alleviated my worries about inspections and other details. When I called or emailed Mr. Olvera he always responded. I recommend Mr. Olvera and his company for any construction work and I plan to call him in the future for work that comes up here on my property. His bid was the most reasonable bid I received and his response was the most professional.

I had Jeff do a bathroom remodel on my home. He removed the drywall, installed new insulation, and then dry walled and painted. I also had a new tile shower/tub installed, new toilet and a new vanity. I am very pleased with Jeff's work and would definitely hire him again!
