I usually love these guys. But our recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Our water heater (haven't had it for 6 years yet) threw a code and stopped working. Had a fellow out to look at it. He, basically, turned it off and on again, told my husband it would probably only last for a few showers and pushed him to replace it for close to $5k. The attempt at upselling was distasteful.
We recently had visits from three Moore technicians (TD, Emanuel, and Yovani) for tune-ups and repairs. They are the best! These techs know what they're doing and go the extra mile or two in order to make sure everything is at its best. Great job!
Fernando arrived to perform our annual plumbing inspection. He was on time, polite & had a great attitude and knowledge of the job. Had a good experience and he was a great person to talk to.
