As bad as it gets! This office is the epitome of poor staffing, organization and service. Horrible patient service. The reception and refill process is as error-prone as a system could get. The staff pushes paper around to look busy. The pharmacy has to send multiple refill requests for the same med and they require a timeframe of least two weeks. Then you need to call and verify that it's been received. The management and back-office are like a SNL sketch they are so bad. They have the intelligence of grade-schoolers and personalities of rocks. They are arrogant, dispassionate and incredibly incompetent. They have no interest in solving problems or providing good care. This is the last thing they care about. If you are 2 mins. late to your appointment they cancel so you've made a trip for nothing. I agree with the other reviewer - anywhere is better than this place. Even if this is the only place your insurance will pay - go somewhere where you have to pay out of pocket. If you don't have to deal with this group - you're having a great day.

Terrible patient service. Dispassionate, egotistical. Unhelpful. It's all about the money here. These medical (un)professionals do not give a single shit about the patients. Poor diagnosticians, worse therapists. If you are in need of psychiatric help, you'd be better served by going elsewhere - Any other provider is better.
