The experience was very welcoming! Ernesto saw me today, 3/28/2024, on a short notice and was able to assist me on my car radio issue that i have been having for over 2 months. He went above and beyond. He actually listened to my concern unlike other people would not do. He took out his diagnostic apparatus and started to find out what was really going on. He got the radio back on, but he said that most likely I might need a new radio and gave me options. His coworker Toby cleaned my battery since it had some calcified junk in it.
