We were doing a full kitchen remodel and I went into the whole process with a bit of trepidation. But these guys put all my anxieties down quickly. They are the real deal; the workmanship is top-notch and their prices are totally fair. We had the inevitable project speed bumps, like unknown structural issues or 80 year-old plumbing issues; but Anthony and has team were quick to come up with solutions, and they were able to work with me to keep additional costs under control. We had no issues with any sub-contractors and were just as pleased with their work. He's chosen some great people to partner with. Even though the the project is now complete, Anthony has committed to coming back for a couple very minor follow-ups. 10/10, highly recommend and would definitely work with again.
Anthony was recommended to me for a second opinion on an electrical issue I had at my home. I had no idea who this guy was or what his job ethics entailed to, but I could say I was delighted to meet him! Very professional, respectful and good bedside manners. He was able to look at the electrical issue and have explained the problem to me and verbiage that I was able to understand. From beginning to end he made me feel very confident in the education he was explaining to me. He was able to let me know the work that was done how the work that was done was wrong and how he was able to fix it. He was able to, not only contact the city of Santa Rosa to make sure things were aligned properly from the solar company that screwed me over, but he stayed at my home the entire time to make sure I was asking the right questions. For a majority of the time I was on hold with the Solar Pannel Company in the city of Santa Rosa and he patiently waited by my side, didn't make me feel rushed whatsoever, I was wasting his time. He was able to fix the huge mistake that the Solar Pannel Company (not saying any names but they are based in Sacramento) made, AND gave me his person information to give him a call for any future issues. I am SO thankful for him- I truly understand why he was recommended and I will continue to recommend his work to my future, family and friends!! I would not hesitate to give him a call to come to your house and make sure your family is safe for any structured issues!!!
