I am very thankful, I scheduled an appointment at Me Spa. My skin care Therapist was Amber. I went in feeling like I really needed something to help me out, with everything happening in the world. I almost felt like I was floating out of the Spa when I left. Amber was magnificent! I loved her therapeutic massage. I have to say this is the best facial I have ever had. I will be back!

I had an amazing 80 minute Swedish massage with Ana. When I arrived, the lovely attendant (didn't get her name) led me to the back and then after I changed, set me up with a foot soak, hot neck wrap and water- all calming and wonderful. Ana then came and got me for my massage. She asked if there was any body area that I want to focus on, and I said no, just normal full body. She was excellent, focused on back, arms, legs, neck, feet, and I felt pampered and relaxed when I left. The attendant when I left was different, but was also very sweet. *update: It took a bit of time but ME SPA did reach out finally and offered a solution to the gift card purchase snafu. Also, the masseuse and skincare practioneers here are absolutely wonderful! Disappointing experience after years of coming here. My partner purchases me gift cards here almost twice a year (if not more) for Mother's Day and other special occasions. So lots of investment and consistency in me spa over the years . For some reason, at my last service, I struggled to find the digital version of my gift card. The receptionist is quite young, but she had zero interest in assisting me with trying to identify tracking it down. Zero empathy. She was unwilling... read full review
