I did not have a message, but I was going to the gym and forgot my water bottle. So I stopped by to ask if they sold water and this angle of a woman said I could have her water bottle and she gave it to me for free. I’m not even a customer. If the staff is this kind to a stranger I imagine they are wonderful to patrons.

The facialist Aarti is the reason for this 5 star review! She is great at all the esthetician services and is always friendly and professional. This chain has a lot of turnover, but Aarti's faithfully there each time I call to book a new appointment.

I have been to many Massage Envy locations, and I have to say that Santa Rosa leads in customer service. The owner takes a personal interest in ensuring that her customers have an excellent experience. I have also received many facials over the years, and at some very high end spas. The facial that therapist Susan ranks with the absolute best I have received. Not only does she fully understand skin care, she works with you to ensure you work collectively toward your goals. When you return, the takes time to evaluate your skin, gain feedback from the customer as to how their skin responded to her last facial, and then customizes your next experience in a way that you gain the most from it. I highly recommend this Massage Envy and for a facial, Susan!
