The owner, Mike is fair, knowledgeable, and honest. He'll give it to you straight and even direct you to another business if he thinks you'll be better served elsewhere. He wants you to walk away happy and has an eye for a good product.

After reading the negative reviews I felt compelled to write this one. I was looking for a quartz countertop and called Marble World and talked to Mike. I was immediately impressed with his honesty and helpfulness. He talked with me without rushing, gave me advice on quartz and directed me to another business that he thought would serve me better. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and personable, and we had a pleasant conversation that reminded me of how companies used to do business--taking their time to help a customer even when they got nothing out of it.

We were looking for a special stone remnant to replace our countertops. We searched other locations to no avail. Happily, there were several remnants we found at Marble World that met our criteria, and so it was a difficult choice, but with sound and knowldegeable advice from owner Mike, we went with the "Jerusalem Limestone". ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! So grateful that this store exists. Mike evidently loves his trade and takes pride in quality work- he aims to make your marble dreams come true. Highly recommend.
