“My stylist of 15 years moved, and I decided to go gray and grew my hair for 3 years. It was below my waist, and I was ready for a change. With the help of the internet, I reviewed MANY bios and decided to try Elyse. We spoke on the phone, and I got a reassuring and no pressure vibe from her.

At our first appointment she could sense my reluctance at cutting too much at one time. I relayed what I wanted and how I will spend only a limited amount of time on styling my hair, so please keep this in mind. She offered suggestions and said it would probably be best for me to reduce the length over multiple sessions. I agreed.

During the first cut she took off a few inches and gave me some shaping and said “go home and live with it.” I was happy and confident in her ability. I returned about two months later and said, “let’s take off a bit more and do more shaping.” On my third visit I asked for “more, more, more plus shaping.” All along I got the feeling Elyse knew this would be my response, but she never pushed me to do more than I was comfortable with in a session. I am now more open to experimentation and more styling because I know when I walk out of the salon my hair looks great and I feel good. She has a calming demeanor, and the salon echoes this trait as it is very clean with a tranquil décor.

I highly recommend Elyse for her skill, but even more for being a good listener and creating an enjoyable experience each time I visit.“

Layla was absolutely incredible to work with! We needed to make a few tweaks after my trial and she was able to adjust the style and did it perfectly. Lex styled my bridesmaids’ hair and also did a phenomenal job. Each style was tailored to the individual and held up beautifully throughout the day and night.

I had my bridal hair and makeup with trial and then 6 others (bridesmaids and MOB) done with 4 stylists total which was perfect. They arrived on time and were so kind and attentive. My hair and make up lasted all night long even through dancing and lots of sweating. They have competitive pricing and I did have to pay a travel fee for each stylist because my wedding was in Geyserville and not in Santa Rosa. Ashley was so helpful with changes I had after my trial and gave me full confidence that we would make my hair and makeup exactly how I wanted! “Who would believe a hair , face , nails , waxing salon would be cool at a mall ? Well this place is . It's a cool concept . Dividing the shops / salons individually. Each one has its own decor , services and personality. I wish they all either had a sign out side each , or at least a way to leave a business card and perhaps a handout of services . Single Strand , Jordan Kingsleys , she does color , cuts and barber services . I got highlights from her & I could not be happier . She used Kevin Murphy & even has a cute Beta fish named Murphy, her suite is so cute , w art and again so nicely appointed. I should have taken more pictures !“

“Got the trio brows and lashes service and Caelie made me feel super comfortable and communicated exactly what she planned to do, results I could expect, and made sure I agreed with the plan and was able to voice my own thoughts. The brows turned out great, but what I unexpectedly love the most are my tinted lashes. They look amazing, I’ll never have to apply mascara again, and I can’t believe I waited this long to try lash tinting. I’m a tomboy and don’t usually have a go-to person for anything like this because I just don’t do this often enough, but I think I may become a regular here ? (I also never write reviews but hey today’s experience got me doing this too).“
