Monica is absolutely amazing. I’ve been all over the US and had my lashes done in many places in CA. Monica’s work is beautiful and she really listens to her customers. Her work is second to none.

I had a fantastic experience with Lash Out last week. I noticed they had a special they were promoting on Facebook which I decided to take them up on. We exchanged both FB messages and text to confirm what I wanted/needed then set up the appointment for the following morning with Karli. They text and emailed me a reminder. The spa is clean, organized and easy for parking/access. I sat with Karli to go over what type of lashes I liked best, she showed me photos which captured the overall look I wanted. This place freaking rocks!! I've been to several other lash extension spots and I'm returning to this one because I didnt know just how good I had it here. I forgot to tip the girl-hey, it was Christmas- sorry!-but I actually went back today -2 months later-because she did such an awesome job. My Diva Set lasted over a month and that was with my swimming in a heavily chlorinated pool almost every night! My lashes never caught on each other and I didn't leave with lashes falling off anywhere.
