After hiring another agency and not getting the necessary quality and consistency of care for my 97 year old friend and neighbor, I was referred to Fiji Prime In-Home Care. Titi, the owner, made it possible to provide 24 hour live in caregivers and the caregivers provided such professional, safe, gentle, respectful and compassionate care. They kept her comfortable which allowed her pass peacefully. Fiji Prime In-Home Care is a group of very special individuals who care and are committed to providing the best care an individual deserves.
The caregivers were so kind, gentle & loving to my Mom who was battling cancer & to my 97 year old father who couldn't have taken care of her. Our family is beyond grateful to have found Fiji Prime & their amazing staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
This company is fantastic! We hired them to care for our loved one in the last few weeks of their life. I can say without hesitation that the office staff is professional, efficient, and made miracles happen with scheduling to fill time slots during a constantly changing situation.
Because of this, we had many different caretakers that we got to meet, and ALL but one were fantastic. When I communicated the problem to management, they handled it with grace and professionalism. That also says a lot to me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and I would use them again.
