They are very knowledgeable and do a great job
I am VERY happy with the competence, skill and diligence at all levels of service given me for my cataract surgery at ECI. From the the front desk lady who quickly scheduled me for my appointment with N. Bay Retinal, to Rebekah who probably gave me the best prescription for my new eye glasses in what seemed like less than 10 minutes (I have very strong astigmatism and a rough retina (which made a toric lens ineffective) yielding me 20/32 vision: no other prescription has ever given me 20/20) to the anesthesiologist who cheerfully dosed me perfectly. MOST of all, I cannot exaggerate the skill & competence of my surgeon Dr Yang. I was a difficult patient for her because I kept on dropping my eye rather than steadily looking up. She made my decision choices clear about which lens to choose for which eye and was very personable: MANY thanks Dr Yang!
